Customers can mail their items back or bring them directly in store for an exchange. There are NO refunds.

Yes. The brand was created by a designer from the Eastside of Atlanta, Georgia. The brand has grown throughout the Atlanta community since 2017. There is now a flagship store in Stonecrest Mall in Stonecrest, Georgia.

Didn't you used to have a kiosk?

Yes. Our first kiosk was in Cumberland mall in Atlanta,GA. Six months after that we got a kiosk in Stonecrest Mall. April 23,2022 we opened our first Flagship Store in Stonecrest Mall.

KrownMe offers standard delivery, express delivery, next day delivery, and ship-to store for US domestic orders.

It is a crown on top of ‘ME’ which represents each and every person wearing a crown.

Do we carry women's clothes?

Yes. We have KrownMe for Women. It can be purchased in-store and online.

Do we have kids' clothes?

Yes, exclusively sold online through the website.

Can I exchange items?

You can only exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.

Can I return items?

Online or in-store purchases are valid for exchange or credit within 30 days from the ship date either through mail or in store. Online purchase exchanges are only available in store. 

 

All sales are final. There are NO refunds. EXCHANGE ONLY. Store credit available.All exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached.. All returned items must be accompanied by the return form and customs documents (if applicable).

KrownMe ships to all 50 US states, the U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. U.S. territories include: American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
